Doesn't this salad look delicious? Oh yes it does. I don't get enthused about food, or should I say cooking, very often. I actually love looking at food, watching people make food, and most importantly eating food. But I rarely find myself in the kitchen cooking, apart from the odd batch of cupcakes. Hours and hours of watching MasterChef hasn't even got me motivated. I'm a little ashamed (or should that be very ashamed?) to admit that I have toast for dinner more often than I should. But the food, stylish photography and recipes from Love & Lemons may just turn me into a foodie yet. The recipes are mostly vegetarian and they look so fresh and easy to make. I may even try one of the recipes this weekend. Wish me luck!
